Kill Frank Pagani
Below you can find a walkthrough for the first of two missions related to the assassination of Frank Pagani, the man who controls Tikfo Harbor. This mission becomes available after you capture one of the bases in this area by completing the storyline mission "Auto Theft" or "Contraband". Before starting this mission, make sure that Lincoln has a full supply of adrenaline injections and a bulletproof vest. You can also equip yourself with a good rifle and explosives - they will help kill the enemy lieutenant.
Important - you don't have to worry that completing this mission will block the opportunity to capture the second base at Tickfaw Harbor. You will be able to do this without any additional obstacles.
Get to the southwest corner of Tickfaw Harbor and talk to Donovan, who is sitting inside a blue van. Start your journey to the Tanager docking point, which is the southwestern part of the area. The docks that surround the ship are limited, forcing you to be careful.
You should sneak up on the ship on the way, but even if you are discovered, you can still install a tracking device on Pagani's car. You can enter enemy territory in several ways, for example, by climbing onto a small trash container and jumping over a fence.
Gradually move towards the Tanker and remember that you do not need to destroy all the enemies in the port - only those who stand in your way. You have to get to the bridge. This will allow you to enter the ship.
Pagani's vehicle is located on the lower deck of the ship.
Exploring the ship is very linear, and during it you will encounter at least several gangsters. Due to the limited space, you must eliminate all of them (preferably with a silencer). You have to get to the red sports car belonging to Pagani. Click the interaction button to connect the device you received from Donovan to it.
Now all that remains is to leave the docks. If you acted quietly, you can return the same way you entered. Otherwise, you should steal one of the vehicles and escape across the main road (in which case you may need to lose your tail). Decide who will take full control of the area and its two new businesses.
