Additional information: This is a negative version of the Lawbringer perk. You should choose it only if you are playing as a bad character. Unfortunately, the list of potential candidates for execution is smaller. You can kill some merchants, members of the Brotherhood of Steel, slaves, and friendly ghouls. To receive the reward (5 capsules for each ear), you must go to the dump and talk to Littlehorn.
